I’m not sure words will ever do this space justice. I’m a writer, and still when it comes to explaining why this work matters - gathering monthly, in honour of, and reverence to, our heart space - I am at a loss.
Because while I know it matters deeply, especially today with all we are moving through as a collective and individually - I notice that people are far more inclined to turn away from matters of the heart, than to lean in.

The Heart Space: Ceremonies
Each month you will be guided into Sacred Cacao Ceremony twice: once at the start of the month, and again each New Moon, to cultivate a regular practice connecting with the energy of heart coherence. When we are in a regular state of heart coherence the impact ripples through our nervous systems, softening an anxious mind, cultivating deep states of love and gratitude and allowing your intuition to speak as clearly as the mind.
These monthly ceremonies are an opportunity to work with the sacred plant medicine of cacao: the plant medicine of the heart space, an ancient and revered medicine to connect with the Earth and her wisdom.

Hollie Azzopardi is a psychic intuitive, astrologer and sacred chocolate cacao ceremonialist. Her ceremonies cultivate the energetic resonances of the astrological archetypes each month, weaving in the key elements and lessons of the light and shadow aspects of the sign, and taking you on a journey into your intuitive knowing. Her ceremonies always end with deep channelled wisdom for the month ahead, including key astrological movements to be aware of, and a card pull to act as your anchor for the month.
Cass Maynard is a passionate wellness and spiritual mentor who creates safe and sacred spaces for women to slow down and connect to their innate wisdom and power. Using Cacao, Reiki healing, and connection to our inner realm, Cass’s new moon ceremonies will harness the energy of the new moon to manifest our deepest desires and set action steps towards creating our expansive reality. This is an opportunity to nourish mind, body, and soul, cultivating self-awareness, inner peace, and clarity.
Through Cacao, we will invite more love, gratitude, joy, and celebration into the new month, and lunar cycle, using it as a tool for embodiment.
