Each month you will be guided into Sacred Cacao Ceremony twice, to cultivate a regular practice connecting with the energy of heart coherence. When we are in a regular state of heart coherence the impact ripples through our nervous systems, softening an anxious mind, cultivating deep states of love and gratitude and allowing your intuition to speak as clearly as the mind.
These bi-monthly ceremonies are an opportunity to work with the sacred plant medicine of cacao: the plant medicine of the heart space, an ancient and revered medicine to connect with the Earth and her wisdom.
