Life gets loud, doesn't it?
And often, amongst all of that noise, we can find ourselves moving further and further away from the quiet voice within us that actually knows what we need.
The Heart Space is somewhere to hear it again.
Twice a month, we gather in sacred Cacao Ceremony to create intentional space for ourselves. To connect with our hearts, our bodies and our intuition, and allow whatever needs our attention that month to reveal itself.
I think sometimes we hear the word ceremony and assume something profound needs to happen. That we need to arrive with something we're working through or walk away with an enormous revelation.
But that's the beauty of Ceremony. We don't actually have to know what we're coming for. Something might crack open, clarity might arrive, we might feel deeply connected, emotional, grateful, completely held. Or we might drink our cacao and discover that what our body has been trying to tell us all along is that, actually, we're just bloody tired.
All of it belongs here.
Because the ceremony isn't the whole point. The practice is making this space for yourself, again and again, until listening to yourself and connecting with your heart becomes part of how you live. Until you become the ceremony.
This time is for you.
This isn't another practice to keep up with.
There comes a point where tending to yourself needs to become less about what else you can add to your life, and more about having somewhere you can regularly return to.
Most of the time we know when we've drifted away from ourselves. We can feel it.
The harder part is actually making the space to come back.
That's a huge part of what I want The Heart Space to be.
The Heart Space was never created to give you something else to be good at. You don't have to prepare yourself for the space…the space is there for you to meet yourself in. However you are. In all of life’s seasons - the messy, magic and mundane.
You come when you can, and you take what you need. Again and again, until coming back to yourself becomes part of the rhythm of your life — a practice you carry with you far beyond ceremony.

I created The Heart Space because
I needed it too.
The Heart Space came to life when I was newly postpartum, after a traumatic birth, struggling with breastfeeding and moving through PTSD.
Becoming a mother had completely cracked me open and, amongst the absolute enormity of that season, I realised how deeply I needed somewhere that wasn't asking anything else of me. I didn't need another thing to work on. I needed somewhere I could come exactly as I was. Somewhere I could be held in community, reconnect with my heart and remember that underneath the responsibility, intensity and noise of this completely new version of my life, I was still in there.
So I created it.
I've changed enormously since those early days. And while The Heart Space has grown with me, what I wanted it to be for women then is still what I want it to be now.
Somewhere we can get quiet enough to hear what our heart has been saying all along.

So, what actually happens inside The Heart Space?
At the centre of it all are our two live cacao ceremonies each month, one held by me and one by beautiful Cassey Maynard.
I really love that our ceremonies aren't the same.
Cass and I each bring our own flavour and way of holding space, and every ceremony is shaped by what's alive collectively at that point in time. We pay attention to the astrology we're moving through and what seems to be asking for our attention, and let each ceremony unfold from there.
You can join us live from wherever you are in the world, cacao in hand, or come back to the replay in your own time.
You'll also have the whole Heart Space library to explore in your own time, with more than 30 hours of past ceremonies as well as EFT, breathwork, yoga nidra, soundscapes, embodiment practices, playlists, monthly card pulls and shorter practices for when an hour of ceremony simply isn't happening.
But I don't really want you to join for a library of content.
